| 2nd Floor Hall or Rooms with Hall (Max. 15 AC Rooms for max. 3 days, if available) : Booking any day between 10 AM to 7 PM |

| 1st Floor Rooms (5 AC Rooms for max. 3 days, if available) : Booking before 60 days |
|
| Packaged 3rd, 4th & 5th Floor Rooms with Dining Hall & Kitchen (Max. 15 AC Rooms for max. 3 days, if available) : Booking before 60 days |

| 25% discount will be allowed on rooms staying for MEDICAL TREATMENT purpose. |
|
| Panel List of Decorator and Caterers are renewed every year from 1st October. |
|
| Haryana Bhavan is not responsible for any unavoidable circumstances like sudden break down of electric power |
|
| supply & natural calamities, electrical equipments etc. at the premises of Haryana Bhavan. |
|
| Dinner must be completed before 11.30 PM. |
|
| Bands, Crackers, Non veg and Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED at the premises of Haryana Bhavan. |
|
| If any damage in Hall or Haryana Bhavan Premises due to event planner all the repair works expenses paid by clinet. |
|
| Transfer Charges for Ground Floor Hall Rs. 25000/- & 2nd Floor Hall Rs. 15000/- (60 days before Function Date only) |

Cancellation Charges
|
| In case of Cancellation of Booking, only deposit amount will be refunded. Rent amount will be forfeited. |
|
| If other party booked same booking on same date then 50% of Rent Amount + Deposit Amount will be refunded. |
